HMANA Board Member and Development Committee Chair, Rich Conroy , provides us with the latest update on HMANA’s progress in its Counting for Raptor Conservation Campaign.

I am very excited to tell you about the current results for the third and final year of our Counting for Raptor Conservation campaign. We are very close to reaching the initial yearly matching amount necessary of $15,000!

Since the third and final appeal went out to the HMANA community in mid-August, 98 donors have contributed, including 40 people who are first time contributors! The number of individual donors for the  campaign has now passed 200!

Once we reach our $15,000 goal for this third year, we will be within sight of the overall amount needed. Including the third and final matching installment HMANA will have raised $100,000 towards our goal of $135,000!

On behalf of the HMANA board, I would like to express our gratitude and continued thanks for the ongoing support this campaign continues to generate from all of you!

I am hoping this update will encourage everyone, whether you are a returning donor or a potential new donor, to consider helping this campaign as soon as you can. The momentum generated so far in reaching our goal will continue with each and every donation! I look forward to announcing when we reach 100% of the funds needed and updating you on HMANA’s next steps in to the future that all of you will have made possible!
