HMANA’s Lunch & Learn Series – Raptor Banding Research at Hawk Ridge, MN

Banding and counting of raptors at Hawk Ridge has occurred consistently since 1972. This presentation, led by University of Minnesota Masters Student, Emily Pavlovic, will give an overview of the banding program including the techniques used at Hawk Ridge to safely band and study raptors. Emily will also discuss some of the current research being conducted by graduate students at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
