February’s Lunch & Learn in 2022 featured Bracken Brown from Hawk Mountain Sanctuary with a presentation about the new world vulture research he and his team are doing. We heard about how Hawk Mountain aims to set the standard on monitoring new world vultures, more about recent findings on these essential species and their seasonal movements, as well as the methods necessary for monitoring them across their expanding range.
