Raptorthon Date: May 22, 2024
Jerry Mcwilliams and Julie Leonard (mentor and student, friends, and dedicated birdwatchers), will make the rounds on Presque Isle State Park, Erie Pa on Wednesday, May 22 to count and record all bird species seen and heard. The bay waters, old growth forests, wetlands, lagoons, ponds and lake shoreline hopefully, will be saturated with birds. And if not, you can’t beat being out in the fresh air, getting some exercise, enjoying the beautiful sites on our park, and hanging with an old friend.
All donations will support the Hawk Migration Association of North America.
